I’ve already written about AVG Anti Virus, one of our recent popular downloads, I think another download which is worthy of a mention is SwiftSwitch .
SwiftSwitch is a RuneScape client that plays both the RuneScape Classic and RuneScape version of the game. SwiftSwitch was created in Visual Basic 6 and uses the Internet Explorer shdocvw.dll control to view RuneScape. Which is exactly what Internet Explorer uses.
This download represents one of our most popular for a rating perspective. At time of typing, Swiftswitch has been downloaded over 24000 times. More importantly its received 815 votes with an average score being the maximum 5 stars.

I really wish publishers would think about us poor software directories when posting their descriptions for their software titles.
We-do-not-like-it-when-you-link-the-description-of-your-software-like-this because it screws up the formatting of our pages, a page can only be so long you know! Come on guys!
Similarly, please remember to add the odd space in your descriptions when posting. It makes it so much easier to read and will also help users to find your software via the wonders of search engines.

The guys from AVG, the folks behind the popular Anti Virus package registered as a download2me publisher a while back and have added the latest release of their great free Virus protection package to our site.
The software is proving a popular pick by our visitors, at time of typing the software is getting a straight five star rating with over 187 downloads of the software being made in the past 7 days.
Personally speaking I use this software myself and didn’t hesitate in giving this product one of our coveted Editor picks.

Hi Guys
Well, we should have done this a long time but let me take this opportunity to welcome you to the Download2me.com blog.
We want to use the Blog to keep you up to date with the ‘going ons’ at the download2me camp. We also hope to use it to showcase the downloads that have really caught our eye.
