Thursday, August 9th, 2007 |Yay, today is a good day as we had our 11,000th download added to our database!
It’s taken a while but we are now starting to see a good steady stream of new downloads added to our database every single day.
We do try and review the downloads every day but if your a publisher and you can’t find your software on our site then don’t panic! We aim to review and add new software within 24 hours of you adding it but sometimes our review monkeys get tired and need to be bribed with extra bananas to get them to pull their monkey fingers out..
Long Software Titles stuffing up my page formatting
Monday, July 23rd, 2007 |I really wish publishers would think about us poor software directories when posting their descriptions for their software titles.
We-do-not-like-it-when-you-link-the-description-of-your-software-like-this because it screws up the formatting of our pages, a page can only be so long you know! Come on guys!
Similarly, please remember to add the odd space in your descriptions when posting. It makes it so much easier to read and will also help users to find your software via the wonders of search engines.

Well, we should have done this a long time but let me take this opportunity to welcome you to the Download2me.com blog.
We want to use the Blog to keep you up to date with the ‘going ons’ at the download2me camp. We also hope to use it to showcase the downloads that have really caught our eye.
Download2me has been live in one form or another since March 2001. We’ve been running in our present form since October 2005 and since this date we have had over 10,000 downloads added to our database.
